Since the 1st of June, 2002 Pfister Waagen GmbH has been integrated as a subsidiary company in the globally active Italian weighing systems group, Società Cooperativa Bilanciai. The founding of Pfister Waagen Bilanciai GmbH witnesses the meeting of two traditional companies that, jointly, possess over 150 years of weighing technology know-how.

From, at that time, scale operation with mechanical weighbridges, joint development has progressed continuously up to the present to static and dynamic weighing systems.
